Anele has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the BPM & BRM fields, having serviced a number of clients across different industries. She leads the BPM stream at Phulo Consulting Services.

Her primary competencies are centred around her critical eye on various Businesses’ Operating Models; and the Business Processes that implement the defined models. Designing Business Solutions for efficient business operations, implementing the solutions, and tracking their effectiveness in achieving business goals forms a major part of the work she has done throughout her career.

She served on the Anglo American Platinum – Process Division Asset Optimization Committee. Her involvement in that capacity contributed in ensuring that company resources are fully utilized; and are leveraged as much as possible to extract maximum value from current assets before considering further investments. This is a topic that she feels quite passionate about.
